Exhibit Partnerships
Sponsorship Packages

These partnerships are designed to establish long-term collaborations with community members and local businesses. The packages will be custom-designed based on the current structural and financial needs of KiDS, the size of the donation, and the interests of the donor and can include the following benefits and operate on the following.
Exhibit Funding Policies

The total cost of the exhibit includes purchasing of the exhibit, installation costs, maintenance, and required staff time to design, support, and service the exhibit.

Inclusion of sponsor’s name in the name of the exhibit if the sponsor covers greater of two amounts - at least a third (33%) of the exhibit’s cost or $15,000 for two years.

Exclusivity in the sponsor’s name appearing in the name of the exhibit if the sponsor covers 100% of the exhibit’s cost for two years.

At the end of the two years of sponsorship, the original exclusive sponsor has the first right of refusal in negotiations on the future name and structure of the exhibit if KiDS decides to retain the exhibit.
Collaboration
Each custom-designed package will include the opportunity for consultation with the donor in order to gain their perspective on the respective exhibit. KiDS has exclusive ownership of the process of design and operation of the exhibit.
