Baby Steps Fitness
Tuesdays 11:30am to 12pm
This fun, low-impact class is designed for parents and caregivers to enjoy a full-body workout
while bonding with their little ones ages 0-2!
Whether you are bouncing, stretching, or engaging
in gentle strength exercises, this class allows you to safely incorporate your baby into the routine.
Suitable for infants (from newborn to around 6 months) and their caregivers, the class
encourages physical fitness, flexibility, and emotional connection through interactive exercises.
Moms, dads, and caregivers will enjoy strengthening their bodies while nurturing a special bond
with their baby in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Tots&Toning
Tuesdays 12pm to 12:30pm
A fun, energetic class designed for both little ones and their grown-ups! In this class, we combine toddler-friendly movements with light toning exercises for parents or caregivers. Together, we’ll play, dance, and move to music, all while incorporating gentle toning exercises to help build strength and flexibility. It’s the perfect way for parents to stay active while bonding with their tots. Whether you’re looking to get your little one moving or sneak in a quick workout, Tots and Toning is the perfect way to have fun and stay fit together!
