KiDS President's Week Intersession Camp: Film Week

Join us for an exciting and educational adventure at the KiDS President's Week Intersession Camp!

The week’s theme is filmmaking, where students will immerse themselves in the fascinating world of storytelling and animation.

Our camp is a full-day drop off program from 8:30am to 3:30pm from Monday to Friday. The program is designed for children ages 5 to 12.

Aligned with CA state standards and NGSS, our camp offers a blend of creative projects, hands-on learning, and fun physical activities.

Throughout the week, campers will:

- Dive into the process of stop-motion filmmaking, learning the steps behind creating their own animated stories.

- Complete their short films, from filming to editing and customization.

- Showcase their work to fellow campers with a final video presentation.

In addition to the main theme, students will enjoy:

- Art projects and science demonstrations that spark curiosity.

- Games promoting physical activity and socialization.

- Exploration of a portable planetarium and guided museum activities.
